Large events, corporate events or conferences for between 4 and 400 participants
The CCI services include the staging of events and the hiring out of rooms in the CCI building. The following pages contain detailed information on all the rooms for hire.

Plenary Room
The plenary room, with state-of-the-art-media technology, is a suitable setting for lectures, conferences, receptions or exhibitions. >> more

Ludwig Erhard Room

Lichthof
On an area spanning almost 200 m², the Lichthof can accommodate 180 participants or 80 participants seated at tables. The Lichthof boasts an elegant, modern ambiance. Set-up suggestions and technical details can be accessed here. >> more

This room can accommodate up to 100 participants or 70 participants seated at tables. A ground plan and set-up suggestions as well as technical details can be accessed here. >> more
Conference room
The conference room has space for 80 persons or 48 persons seated at tables. A ground plan and various set-up examples can be accessed here. The conference room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. >> more
Foyer conference centre
The foyer can be used for events/coffee breaks or for display stands in a relaxed atmosphere. Set-up suggestions and a ground plan can be accessed here. >> more
Dalberg room & Gallery
The Dalberg room is ideally suited for display stands or conferences. It is frequently used as a catering area. It can accommodate a total of 40 participants or 28 participants seated at tables. Information on room facilities and a ground plan can be accessed here. >> more
Fortuna
The Fortuna room is a relaxed setting for business meetings or conferences. The room can be booked for a maximum of 50 participants or 24 participants seated at tables. >> more
